Arlington & Persch - Shipping Policy
We source our pieces from carefully selected makers and suppliers, which means some items travel a little further to reach you. We believe the wait is worth it, but we want to be completely transparent about what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1 business day for it to be processed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days, usually around 14–21 calendar days including weekends.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Please note: Delivery timeframes may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey at any time.
Tracking updates may occasionally pause for 1-3 days while your parcel moves between logistics hubs or passes through customs, this is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 21 days, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customs & Import
All orders to UK addresses are shipped in compliance with UK import regulations.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some factors are outside of our control, including:
- Customs processing times
- Carrier delays during peak periods
- Severe weather or national disruptions
If your order has not arrived within 28 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@arlingtonpersch.com and we will look into it immediately.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. We ask that you allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before raising a missing order query, as parcels occasionally experience minor delays in transit.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Arlington & Persch cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly submitted address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@arlingtonpersch.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
