At Arlington & Persch, every order is valued. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read the below so you know exactly where you stand.
Our Commitment
We take pride in the quality and presentation of every item we send. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, we will do everything we can to resolve it promptly and fairly.
How to Raise a Concern
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
To help us resolve things as quickly as possible, email us at support@arlingtonpersch.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photograph clearly showing the item and the concern
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.
What We Can Help With
We will always look to resolve the following:
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
- Items that are significantly different from the product description or images shown
- Items that have not been received and are confirmed lost in transit
Change of Mind
We understand that occasionally a purchase may not be quite what you had in mind. Change of mind requests are considered on an individual, case-by-case basis at our discretion.
To be considered, any such request must be:
- Raised within 14 days of the delivery date
- For an item that is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
Please note this is not an automatic entitlement, and we reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside these conditions.
What Falls Outside Our Policy
We are unable to process refund or return requests in the following circumstances:
- Minor variations in colour or texture due to differences in screen display settings — these are a natural characteristic of digital photography and do not constitute a fault
- Requests raised more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or are no longer in their original condition
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account — this timeframe is determined by your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control. PayPal refunds are typically processed sooner. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been initiated on our end.
Replacements
Where stock permits, we are happy to offer a replacement item as an alternative to a refund. Replacements are dispatched within our standard delivery timeframe and you will be notified once your order is on its way.
